Our History

River of Life began as a home group consisting of 6 people in September 1998 and has grown steadily since.

 

We’ve met in a number of locations in Haverhill in the past and currently hold our Sunday Celebrations in the drama studio of Samuel Ward Academy next to the Chalkstone Estate.

 

We are a modern, multicultural, all aged, bible based church that is committed to loving God and loving others. Haverhill has had quite a negative image over the years but we believe that through God’s love we can be a positive influence on our community and can help many, many people discover the love of Jesus for themselves.
